 PCOS article in Women's World (Oct 18th issue)
The title is "Did a doctor ever telly you it was 'all in your head?'" It goes on to describe one woman's struggle to get her PCOS diagnosed, and her personal feelings about herself and her body. It mentions Metformin, and a yahoo group that she started (PCOS Pals). It also details things like symptoms in a sidebar (irregular periods, diet-resistant obesitiy, acne, excessive hair growth and skin tags).
It's not exhaustive, but I like the use of the term "diet-resistant" obesity, and the personal side of her story.
