 Which book?
I read "The PCOS Diet Book" by Collette Harris. It's not really a diet book - it details how to change your lifestyle. It goes into vitamin deficiencies and herbs that can help ease symptoms. I found it incredibly helpful when combined with the Sugar Busters Diet (the other low-carb diets were too strict for me; but lots of cysters swear by the IR Diet).
