I am reading "what to do when the dr says it's PCOS" right now. It has helped me a lot to understand what the deal is.... how different foods work in your body. I'm not totally finished & I haven't read any of your other recommended books yet because this is the first one I found, but I'd have to say I like this one because I find it easy to follow and practical information.
