Default Pcos causing bacterial infection????

I would like to thank everyone for supporting me. I have another question, with PCOS, while taking the Glucaphage..does the medicine shrink the cyst...or do they burst, and thats what could be causing brown spotting? Well, the doc says i have chronic bacterial infection and i take Flagyl for that..but im wondering could that be what the causes it?

PLEASE HELP! I just cant handle a "bacterial infection" returning. Not to mention, i was instructed to take the Flagyl for a couple months..but for some stange reason i think it will haunt me again. I changed my diet and eat yougurt...I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND

Does PCOS have anything to do with the brown spotting.....

Most of the time, my entire period consists of brown spotting. This was before I took met. My doctor was never really concerned about it. She told me it was just my body trying to clean out even if I didn't O. Occasionally I have the spotting in between cycles or sometimes I have absolutlely nothing for a couple months. I already take bcp and I just started met a week and a half ago. I'm curious to see if the met regulates my af better than the bcp alone do, but I'm not ttc so it doesn't bother me not to have af unless I go longer than 3 months because I've read that is the longest you should go w/out af to keep risk of cancer low.
