The following book has a chapter on PCOS and reproduction: Calcium in human health / edited by Connie M. Weaver and Robert P. Heaney ; foreword by Lawrence G. Raisz. I saw it when I was poking around my university's library's web site; it's a relatively recent book. I've ordered it, so if I think it's useful, I'll post some of the info.
