Has anyone ever taken the course by the PCOS Coach or read her book, "Alternative PCOS Solutions: Take Back Your Life"?
I'm just curious since I've found her on the internet with various PCOS searches.

I'm looking for a review on her info too. She says something like she finally found a way to lose weight and an important supplement to take (not meaning Vitex).
I can't wait to see what you think of her info.

I went through the PCOS Coach's feedback on Ebay and emailed two of the ladies who bought her book. I got one answer back today. She said that she wasn't that impressed with it.
I can't wait to see what everyone else's impression of it is too.

Well, I wasn't real impressed by her book. Her story was good, but nothing really new that I learned that I didn't get from other books I have read. It is mostly general information for people just starting out with PCOS or for those who really haven't seen any progress with Doctors or Metformin. I think I have been waisting a lot of money on books for PCOS lately. I have about 5 and they all pretty much say the same stuff. I guess I am hoping to read something amazing that will help and I just need to do what I am doing and be patient. Anyway, I'd say don't waist the money on the book. I do get her email newsletter from her website, but nothing has struck out at me yet.
