I just bought this yesterday, I was wondering what people thought about it. The only thing that confuses me is when they're talking about how much they weight they talk about stones. I have no clue about stones LOL.

1 stone equals 14 pounds. I think the author of that book is from Great Britain and they use "stones" there! LOL! I read that book earlier this year and found it quite interesting and helpful. I don't follow any particular diet (diets just don't work for me.) I just try to eat well and control the portions. I still have sweets once in a while.

I just finished this book, and I found it very helpful. I like how it drove the point home that diet and exercise is crucial with PCOS. I also found the section about supplements to be very useful too.

I bought this book... It's great so far, giving me a better understanding of everything... Although it feels at times that I have no idea what to eat... But it is good... Not following a diet sort of speak, just taking what the book says and remembering some in the back of my head... Hey I've lost 10lbs already, although had some junk food today, so may gain a couple back...
I am also reading this one: PCOS: (Polysystic Ovarian Syndrome) The Hidden Epidemic... I have only just started but it seems very informative, but it also reads very much like a textbook... But still good all in all...
