I am so thrilled my new book has arrived. I saw Eva's post below that Colette Harris' new book "PCOS Diet Book--The Nutritional Approach to deal with polycystic ovary syndrome" was available in the UK so I knew mine would come soon

I'm so thankful Kat gave us the heads up about ordering it on Amazon. This book came at the right time for me! I know it's going to help me through this "down" time I'm going through!!
