i have this book too and mine seems to have a couple of recipes. I haven't read all of the book yet but so far it provides good info. I love that they identify herbs and foods that can help instead of just medicines.

Is there a PCOS Cookbook that you would recommend? I found one on Amazon, but it got bad reviews. Thanks!

i dont know of any pcos specific cookbook but i have heard good things about using a low glycemic index diet. Perhaps a GI cookbook might help?

I bought the G.I Diet book and it has many wonderful recipes in it. I haven't been doing it for too long, but it seems to be great so far.

I haven't read this book, but I'm sure a lot of it is like a carb controlled diet...one you'd usually consume if you were to have diabetes. It's almost like we can consider PCOS a form of Pre-Diabetes. May as well start preventing now.

This book focuses a lot on alternative medicines for treating PCOS. It's definitely an interesting read. I liked the list of herbs/supplements in it and how they can help with symptoms. I think the title is a little misleading because it isn't just a diet book and doesn't really have any recipes.
