Default PCOS Diet Book? IR Diet Book?

Are both of these books basically the same? Which is better? Isn't the IR one a low carb diet? Is it the same w/the pcos diet? How many of you follow either of these books? Who have read both, and which do you find is the best of the two?? I am going to buy one and I think it'll probably be the pcos one (or I may buy it first and the other later) I normally just do ww, because I can't handle low carb diets and I am sick to death of complicated diets and ww is the best I've ever found so far. Thanks in advance for your answers.
