Bought it a few days ago I was going to buy the IR diet book too, but I had to order it. But this one is good too. Hopefully I will see positive results (if I keep myself motivated and not go crazy and start living off of french fries again.) It seems pretty easy and not too hard to stick with. Just better choices (like we've always known) and very helpful ideas. I went grocery shopping today and bought a lot of fruit, veggies, nuts and fish (gotta have those good fats to reduce the cholesterol
)

questions about New diet book Hi guys! I have been a little out of the PCOS information world for a while. This is the first I have heard of this book. I have one question.....Is the person who wrote this book credible and is the information given reviewed by doctors?

I just ordered the PCOS Diet book off of Amazon.ca! It was $22.91. I ordered the PCOS diet book along with "PCOS - The Hidden Epidemic" by Samuel Thatcher, and for both books it was $52.99 total, and that included free shipping for spending more than $39.00!! They offered these 2 books as a sort of "combo" or separately!! I hope this helps!
I have ordered from Amazon.ca before, and they were great!
