Default pcos DOC in milwaukee, WI

I need a new PCOS doc in the Milwaukee area that works for the Aurora network of clinics and hospitals. I have been seeing Dr. Rakowski who is a wonderful doc but can no longer see her Anyone have any recommendations???

Hello from a fellow SE Wisconsinite!

I just recently started going to the Reproductive Medicine Clinic at Froedert/Medical College, and Dr. Robb has been wonderful.

I know that doesn't help you because you mentioned that you have to use Aurora clinics, but if you have the option to go elsewhere I recommend them.

Sorry I couldn't be more help!

Nicole

I am in Milwaukee also and have an appt w/Denise Teves. She is an endo. Appt is next month, I'll let you know how it goes. It's my first time seeing an endo so I'm nervous she might not take pcos seriously. I have no basis for this other than my ob-gyn wouldn't presribe me gluc anymore since I am not TTC. Crazy. Is Dr Robb an endocrinologist? or RE? Or are they considered the same (probably a stupid question ... I've had Pcos for yrs but haven't really found anyone to treat it other than throwing gluc at me so a lot of these terms are new for me).

I just posted on another thread about seeing Dr. Debra Schell at Advanced Institute of Fertility (offices at St. Lukes and Waukesha Memorial hospitals). I believe their practice is Aurora. Here is a link to their website.
