In the Nov 2005 issue there is an article called "Is your period a problem" where PCOS is mentioned twice with symptoms too! Im so proud, I see PCOS being mentioned more and more. That is excellent progress!

I just read this issue yesterday. And, while I agree that it's great that its getting some exposure, I wish they'd get a bit more in depth. For instance they say "Women with PCOS have cysts on their ovaries..." We know from women on this site, that this is not always the case! I realize that the article wasn't on PCOS, but it should have been phrased as "Women with PCOS may have cysts on their ovaries..."
I'm thinking of writing them about this and seeing if they'd do a more in-depth article!

IMO, you should write them and ask them to print a CORRECTION.
