Points: 11,569.08 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 11,569.08 | I used to live in Nashville and the doctor that dx me...I THINK her name was Lucia McNabb. She was a specialist at Vanderbilt.
I could be remembering incorrectly though. McNabb might have been my family physican. It's been a long time.
Sorry I can't be sure..but thought I would at least see if this was a good lead. hth

Dr Sue Ann McGuire - Her office is located at Summit Hospital in the Hermitage area (close to the airport) ... She is WONDERFUL - I am soooooo thankful to my PCP (Dr. Cynthia Wallace - if you're needing a pcp - she's the bomb!) referred me to her! I need to add a post for the Nashville area for Dr. McGuire.
I'll be glad to get all her info for you if you'd like!
*ps* Have you ever lived in the Nashville area before?

My Mood: Points: 10,023.77 Bank: 5,813.70 Total Points: 15,837.47 | Thanks muchly ladies! I'm definitely gonna check out ya'lls doctors when (if) I moved to Nashville.
What kind of doctors are they? Just curious.
And no I've never lived in Nashville, never lived in TN for that matter. But I was born and raised in Mobile, AL so I'm a Southern girl. I'm sure I'll fit in, despite not liking country music! haha
Btw, visited Chattanooga on more the one occasion when I was younger. Loved it there. VERY pretty! And yes, I have seen rock city! haha

Dr. Sue Ann McGuire is an OB/GYN - as I said before she is wonderful - very PCOS friendly and is very helpful in the ttc dept!
I am about to add her now in the "Recommend a Doctor" forum.
Btw... any word on the possible move to Nashville?

My Mood: Points: 10,023.77 Bank: 5,813.70 Total Points: 15,837.47 | Thanks! I'm so grateful for the info. Do you also have an endocrinologist you'd recommend? Because I have HYPOthyroidism as well that is in desperate need of a *good* doctor to get it under control.
As far as moving... Well Mom has her 3rd in person interview with the Pres of the company in Dallas on Thursday. We're hoping this is the last one, as this has drug out... Since around Thanksgiving!!! I'm ready to move and start my life!
But hopefully after Thursday we'll have some word. Thanks again!
