Default PCOS, Hashi's and AF

I had never even heard of Hashi's until I was diagnosed last month. I also have follicular neoplasm nodules on the right side of my thyroid. Essentially, I need to have it removed in order for the dr. to determine whether or not the nodules are benign.

Has anyone has an absent AF because of Hashi? I was diagnosed with PCOS and have been on Met. 1500 mg. for six months and no AF. Could the hashi's be the problem?
