Ladies: I apologize. I think I hit the wrong button when I was posting a new page to the site, and managed to completely delete what was there. I will do my best to get the site back up by this weekend.
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue about a month ago, so I'm not moving as fast as I was...and obviously dragging my feet right now! I'm very excited about this publication, and even have an interview scheduled with the director for the Center for PCOS Studies at University of Chicago early in July (yea).
In the meantime, you might check out Shelly Clemons' new PCOS message board. Go to her website at www.darkerviolet.com. I am one of the moderators. We are working together on PCOS TODAY, and she started the board as a companion to the publication. I'm still planning on an August launch date.
I'm sorry, hun, but this link isn't working either.

Hi there I think its a great idea and I may be able to help with the logo/design side of things. My other half is a graphic designer and you can view his work at www.darwiniantheory.co.uk . Just drop him an email through there and let him know what sort of thing you have in mind and we will work out something
Good luck!

What is the status of this publication? I tried to go to www.pcostoday.net as the page described, but all I got was a webhosting website...
I am very interested in a status update on how the publication is coming along and if it is goign to published...
I am sure others are interested too as I had 5 responses to my question on the Rant Forum Titiled "Not a rant, but looking for an answer..."

PEACE.
Wow, I've been thinking about a mag ever since I registered, but hadn't taken the time to see if there were any in circulation. I think it's a great idea. I've read all the suggestions, and agree with them all. I didn't see this, so would like to add:
PCOS MODELS (on the cover, in the highlighted story, in the ads, everywhere - thin and thick, hairy and hairless, w/& w/o acne, pregnant/not pregnant, families, singles. We cross race lines, religion, age, size, nationalities...OK, I THINK U GOT IT......I'LL STOP NOW ).
Could you let us know what kind of help you still need, if any, so we can respond. Would love to help.
I just sent a email to the cyster who started this post. Hopefully she will reply back.
If not, is there someone who would be willing to run with this thing??

I would love to see a brochure or something printable that PCOS sufferers can print out and send to family. I have so many family members who just don't understand why this is a devistating diagnoses. I mean it is livable but I don't think they understand why it has gotten to me so much. Something informational, yet something that also expresses why this is a tough time would be great.

I noticed your email and wanted to post. This sounds like a great idea--and if the huge response on this thread is any indication-- it is something that will be very welcomed.
Good Luck, Cris

I apologize that this project has been shelved for a while. Right when I was really getting some momentum on this, I changed jobs and moved.
I plan to hack out a, well, plan, soon, and send an e-mail to all of you who indicated some interest in the project. It's going to take more than just myself to do this, and it sounds like there is a lot of interest.
