A PCOS magazine or newsletter??? - Page 4

I love the idea too!
I feel there is such a need for support, encouragement, inspiration, and the latest ideas in dealing with PCOS, that it needs to come from as many sources as possible!

So, go for it! Use your experience in publishing and writing to help as many women as possible!

SO YOU WANT TO BE A PART OF THIS...

Since I originally posted this idea, I have had many people show interest in the concept of a PCOS magazine. The thing I've realized (with a vengence) is that I can't do this alone.

Here's what I need YOU to do:

If you are a writer with interest, please e-mail me your resume with at least three representative clips of your writing (e-mail is writergirlks@cox.net). Ditto if you have experience as a Web designer. If you want to send hard-copy materials, e-mail me indicating this and I'll send you my snail mail addy.

If you are a graphic designer who would like to concept the design for this magazine, e-mail me with your interest and I will send you my address to send your resume and design examples to me. Ditto if you have experience in photography.

If you have experience in advertising or circulation, e-mail me your resume detailing your experience.

Also, if you have a Yahoo Instant Messenger ID, please add me to your list of people. My ID is writergirlks. I'd like to get a conference discussion going (like a group chat) some evening soon after I know who all is interested...so we can do some planning, etc.

I hope all of you are as excited as I am about this! Please contact me via e-mail or Yahoo Messenger if you have any questions!!!

Ladies, I finally bit the bullet and created a four-page newsletter (hey, it's a first step).

Go to my Web site to down load a PDF copy of it.

Scroll down to about halfway on the lefthand-side of the page. You'll see PCOS Today as a PDF thumbnail. Click on the thumbnail to open a copy of the newsletter up!

If you're having trouble opening the PDF, send me your e-mail addys and I'll personally send it to you.

ALSO, TRY SAVING IT TO YOUR DESKTOP. THAT SHOULD WORK!!!!!
