There was a lady in the audience who had a question on facial hair and the first thing Dr. Oz asked was was she having problems losing weight and was her menses normal. He then went on to explain about PCOS and some of the effects it can have on us. I don't know if this was a rerun or a new episode. |

Can't Oprah afford to have Dr.'s from different areas of medicine. Dr. Oz really annoys me.

I think he would have great bed side manner, he's passionate about health, and he knows what he's talking about. I don't think that he took much time on the subject, although it wasn't a show about PCOS. You can only take so much time on one subject when your a guest on the show.
If we all wrote into Oprah regarding PCOS, she would do a show on it! That would be a great idea!!! Um... I may start something!

all in all, i dont thing pcos is covered by the media enough. you dont see media talking about any hormonal disorders actually, and they should seeing how many problems are caused by hormones. it changes your body so much and deprives women of a part of their womanhood.
i hope oprah will eventually make a show about pcos. |
