I´m so glad you did this video. You look great and you have PCOS. I also have PCOS. I was diagnosed in 2000 but I too was put on birth control pills as a teenager due to this condition.

Now I´m 40 years old with PCOS. I got married. I have 2 beautiful daughters (I did have difficulty getting pregnant the first time but got pregnant easily w/ the 2nd child) and without miscarriages. My weight has also gone up and down throughout the years. I too can gain weight very easily.

You are so right. It is a blessing for us b/c it forces us to take care of our bodies. EVERYONE needs exercise. EVERYONE needs to eat right.

I´m now learning to eat like a diabetic. Type 2 diabetes runs in my family so I´m so glad I´m forced to deal with this b/f it turns into a more serious situation.

PCOS can be managed. Thanks for the video!!!!

I have PCOS and I did not appreciate this video. While I agree with treating yourself as though you were diabetic in terms of what you eat, this video turns preachy and she talks about herself as though she is perfect, ´because look at me I´m not fat.´ I, me, mine--that´s what I heard way too many times here! PCOS affects all women differently. She talks as though she has the easiest solution for everyone.
