PCOS Poems needed

I am looking at including some PCOS poems in the book I am writing, and was wondering if anyone would be interested in submitting a poem to be considered for the book?

Please only submit if you are okay with having your poem in a published book. I would like to show the first name of the author of each poem, but if you don't want your real name shown, please include a different name to be known by.

Preferably, poems should be brief (no more than a few paragraphs long), with the focus on how having PCOS makes you feel, but I would also like to include some positive poems about triumphing over hard times, being positive generally, or success with conceiving a baby, losing weight...etc.
Not all poems submitted will be published, the poems will be chosen based on their creativity, and their ability to invoke an understanding of how the author is feeling, and/or inspire other women.

You are my weak and brittle nails

You are why I am fat
You are why I am hairy
You are my mood swings
You are antidepressants
You are ME!
You are invitrofertilization
You are my pain
You are the reason I'm not a mommy
You are why I am writing this poem
You are ME!
You are sneaky
You know women that don't know you
You are not prejudice
You are ME!

I wrote this right after I was dx-ed, and it has been published in another book, but I would love for you to include it in your book, dedicated to PCOS...when is it coming out & where can I get it???

Also, I was wondering if the book will be from your prospective on dealing with PCOS, along with other cysters stories???

The book will be available from my website (date TBA) and you can be notified by joining the mailing list.
It will be a complete book about PCOS - it will educate about what it is, the causes, will have the pros and cons of medications used to treat it, and will mostly focus on the natural management of the condition from a naturopaths perspective, but also from my personal perspective as I have had success dealing with PCOS naturally and want to share what I know works!

I am developing a PCOS protocol that will make it easier to know what steps to take to deal with PCOS, so when you finish the book you will know exactly what to do next - what tests to have, what to eat, what supplements you need and don't need, how to reduce side effects if you are medications, and most importantly, how to take control of your own health!
I will also include some personal stories and poems...etc, as I want the book to have a personal touch as well as providing comprehensive information.
