Hi, I was DX on Friday with PCOS, which I have suspected for sometime now. I am trying to get pregnant and so I called my insurance and of couse, they don't cover anything but infertility testing. So my first question is if anyone can give me an price idea of Clomin and metformin with out insurance please?

Does anyone know how long docs typically like for you to try before prescribing any meds?

Also, Does anyone know if any treatments to clear the cysts? I know weight loss is one and by cutting out carbs I have lost 5.5 pds in a week. I just didn't know about like lasering, etc.
