 PCOS Scar tissue, Clomid no success Help
Dear friends,
I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. I had natural pregnancy 5 years ago and we had D&C. TTC for 8months now I started seeing a fertility specialist he did all the work up everything was perfect but…..I had a scar tissue due to D&C. Doc suggest to get a surgery to get that removed. I am really confused if it is really needed since the scar tissue is so small. Any one who have the scar tissue ?????? and have success stories.
Coming to the second part I took 2 round of 50mg clomid never responded. Started 100mg day 3-7 started AF on day 35, O on day 19 good progestom. This is my 2nd round with 100mg and I never ovulated. Well I called and doc said that I have to wait till day 40-45 and then I will take provera. (its my day 30)
Now the thing is that we are planning on doing IUI next cycle. Nurse told me that since my hormone levels are good so well will do clomid 100mg again. Well now what I am confused about is that what happened in this cycle did I not respond this time with 100mg even though I did last time???? Y wount they increase the dose??? I was also told by doc that I might have not caught the surge?? But I was using temp and OPK none of them showed anything.
Any one who can tell me if the responded once and didn’t respond the second time.
