Default pcos symptoms worse around af?

Hi there -

I've been noticing for some time now that my facial hair and hair loss get a lot worse just before and during af.

anyone else experience this?

So frustrating since I've been managing to get my testosterone down some. I was hoping I'd see more of a difference around this time of the month!

About a week before my period comes my I can go about a day or even two without having to shave the old beard, but about 2 weeks before it's a different story. Just call my Grizzly Adams. LOL

that's really funny! You're the opposite of me!

For most of the month I seem to do pretty well. This morning I didn't have to pluck and that NEVER happens.

But a few days before and the week of af I'm plucking something everytime I get a chance to get near a mirror!

My hair sheds also go nuts right before and during.

What's a girl gotta do to make this stop?

I think for me it's because of the estrogen drop. Mine I think is low/normal, so when it drops right before, it allows my testosterone free reign.
