pcos, tubal igation syndrome??? whats happening 2 me
hi my name is helen and iv been a lurker for a while, alittle history, i have 2 sons 12 and 2 my 2 year old was a nice suprise considering i never had periods and thought i couldnt have any more babies. my dr always suspected i had pcos, but since iv had my last baby, im a mess. facial hair, oily everything, very hairy, bleed on and off all month, weight gain, cant lose weight to save my life and type 2 dia. after my last csection i had a tubal ligation. dr put me on met. 6 mos ago but made me super sick, so im sue to go back for a follow up on the 29th and im just really worried. i mean how does he kow for sure its pcos, just by symptoms? im worried i have some kind of uterine cancer or something like that. is there a vitamin regime i should be following, please help set me straight.
My ob/gyn said all ladies should be on prenates or a daily vit. I recently started fish oil pills also for the Omega 3. I also take 1500 mg of Metformin a day which has helped my oily hair. I also am not loosing as much hair as I was. Once reaching age 30 or so my hair growth where I didn't want it has sped up considerably. At first I thought the Met. was helping with that, but now it's apparent it's not.

thankyou somuch, that will answer alot of ?, its just so hard to know, i just dont even reconize myself anymore, iv gained so much weight and im oily and hairy, i feel so disgusting. does anyoen think vitex would help me?
