oops! I rated it really low accidentally! I´m very sorry... I a 25 year old with PCOS...and I´m also really irritated with the excess hair. I actually got a bit of electrolosis on my chin and breasts. I didn´t know it affected my sugar levels?? What´s up with that?

Its good to hear your doing good..how hard is the Atkins diet? that's the one that I've been meaning to try and there is another one the g.i diet...your an inspiration
