Um WOW! How did you do it!? I want to get to 140 and currently I'm juggling between 199 and 204lb. I carry my weight in my stomach and thighs. Everywhere else on my body is skinny. My husband doesn't mind me losing the weight but he doesn't want me to turn into a stick. I have cut back on the amount of junk and fast food I eat. I've gotten in the bad habbit of not eating breakfast other then a cup of coffee. I have one concern that I have no idea who to ask though.

Well done! I've been working on losing weight through HMR. It's medically supervised, and focuses on meal replacements. It's SUPER low calorie, but it works. The only way it won't work for someone is if they cheat, or quit. I found it at one of the hospitals here in Austin, and it's great. I tried to lose weight through lots of other programs including Weight Watchers, but nothing worked. So far I've lost 15-20 pounds. I have a long way to go, but this is a great start. Congrats to you Kat! I know it's not easy!
