That´s amazing :) I lost 10 stone (140 pounds) back in 2004/2005, but I think I lost it too quickly (in a year) because as soon as I came off my Vegan diet I put most of it back on again. I´ve managed to lose 35 pounds in 3 months by taking iodine tablets and eating oily fish 5 times a week, but now the weight loss seems to have stopped completely- even though I´m still exercising almost every day- so I´ve been feeling a bit down about it all, but you´ve just re-inspired me! :) Thank you! Have you got any rips you wouldn´t mind sharing? | |

PCOS and weight loss...well I am TTC but at the same time losing weight would probably help that. Metformin was prescribed though, so in addition to diet and exercise hopefully everthing will begin to turn around for me! | |

Been TTC For 2 And Some Years, Im 22 Now.Found Out September 5th 2008 I Have PCOS, My Mom, Grandmother, Her Mother, 2 Aunts, 2 Cusents Had PCOS And All Had Ovarian Canser, None Of Them Have There Ovaries Or Utrus Left.Started Met, prenatuals 33 vitamins, 1000 mgs of folic asid,September 5th.Ovulated Sept 8th. First Period Started Sept 25th.Ovulated October 15th.Awaiting Pregnancy Test October 29th. Period Comes Every 33-34 Days. | |
