Default pcos and your emotions-

mine are all over the place so im sure im not the only one wondering if ther are things we can do to help i already strted a journal - n im working out in the morning i thuoght that woiuld help - please any advice would be apreciated - from differnt food, drinks, books, etc whatever

I'm sorry your feeling so "all over the place" emotionally. Whacky hormones can definately do a number on one's mood! I think you are making some really positive steps by tring to journal and incorporating daily exercise. What kind of exercise are you doing? I've been trying to do more yoga lately in the morning and that seems to help me balance my moods somewhat. Also, have you considered seeing a therapist or taking a low dose of an anti-depressant? Sometimes that can really help balance the "highs and lows." Also, what about your diet? Are you watching your sugar/carb intake? I find that if I'm eating to much sugar, the blood sugar high/lows can really mimic the symptoms of anxiety/depression. Just a thought....

oh yes im doing yoga and a 45 minute aerobic workout and yes im on a strick diet but like i said i was told until november and wasnt really told what i should do until 3 weeks ago thats when istatrted my meds- so im trying i knew ,my hormones would be the worse - i just want them to settle well my doctor has said anything about that i think i will give it more time before i look into any other meds or etc - after all i just started plus i would like to limit my meds to as little as possible and im on bc and two differnt siezure medicies besides the porgesterone and metformin
