I'm just writing a quick note to wish everyone a peaceful mother's day whether you have children on earth or only in your heart or both. I'm having a hard time with Mother's day this year, even though I have one of my son's with me, I miss the other. I'm going to try to remember though the joy both boys have brought me..Japhet by smiling at me every day, but Isaac too, from that very first inkling that I might be pregnant, to every time we watched him wiggle on the ultrasound and every little kick of his that I felt. Holding his beautiful little self and seeing this amazing little creature that we had made together. He brought us so much joy as well as the pain.
Hugs to all on this hard day...remember even if no one else remembers that you are a mom too, the ladies here all know it and you aren't alone.

I'm trying Viv. I'm sorry I've been so absent. I miss you guys too, I find that Japhet keeps me very very busy, and getting online is hard, and its even harder to post rather than just read. Sometimes I think I'm going to have time so I post quickly to some unimportant thread and then he wakes up and I don't get a chance to respond to what I really want to respond to...like this, I've been trying to find the ability to write this for the past week.
The thing is, Japhet keeps me busy and I love him beyond reason, but I miss Isaac still and I feel like I have all these things to talk about, about what having a child after a loss means and about how bittersweet everything is, not just mother's day...but I have no time, and sometimes I just have to put it all aside and try not to think about it. Some days I need to not think so much at all, and then being here is too hard.
I think about all of you though, alot, whether I am here or not. If anyone wants to reach me, my e-mail is s p r y n g t r e e at Yahoodotcom (take out spaces and stuff to use it) I am not being great at answering e-mail quickly either, but at least I do usually get to it eventually.
