Ok, I have a poll for you all to take! I want know know how many of you are either apple or pear shaped. (Apple = abdominal fat dominance, Pear = hip/thigh/butt fat dominance) Or, thin all around. You see, I know many of us PCOS ladies are apple shaped due to the testosterone and IR, but I am, and always have been pear shaped. I don't really have that much of a tummy at all! (Yet, I'm "severely" IR....Go figure...) I'm kind of confused here since IR leads to bigger tummies, yet I don't have one...? Maybe the lab results are wrong...I dunno!

I'm definitely apple shaped. I have a large tummy. Being apple shaped runs in my family. My mom, her sister and her daughters (my cousins) are all overweight and are apple shaped.

Your poll didn't have an option for me. I'm very proportional with an hour glass figure, but am not thin (I was average weight before pg, but have always had a big structure). The pear shape runs in my family though.
