so i tried it lastnight/this morning:
i dont really have bad acne but the texture of my skin is awful, i have a lot of black heads, and one huge thorrinb zit on my chin at all times.
my skin feels a lot smoother, less red, and tighter. my blackheads are already less visable, no change on the monster zit yet. im pretty psyched!

wow i may just recommend this to one of my co-workers that has bad acne! I hope he doesn't think I'm completely nuts

I've been doing it for a few days, and it's already showing signs of improvement! I do it in the shower and keep it on for a few minutes, then splash it with water. It doesn't smell at all! I've already noticed softer skin and the redness is going down, lovely!

So those of you who are doing this, are you all using the cotton ball method of application? So you pee, swab your face, wait then shower........
Is that the just of it? I am seriously considering...........

I really don't get acne anymore- just kind of cleared up a year ago, partially because of the pee routine- but I would TOTALLY do this again if I did. Lots of our "EWWWW" factor things are artificial creations of modern western society, and urine is much less gross to me than all other bodily fluids! Seriously- none of us question drinking the MILK OF A DIFFERENT SPECIES- sometimes even ahead of drinking the milk of our own species- we are the only creatures on the planet who do that- and milk is a body product just like urine.
Just try it!! You don't have to admit it to the sqeamish!!

i tried it last night from reading this thread
and i can say wen i rinsed it off my face was smooth...
I just catch some urine in a cup and dip the cotton in it and wipe my face,,it sting a bit but i know its bcus its working..
my pee is not stink nor nothing so it wasnt a prob for me to do it.
will update if new development occur

So I am seriously considering doing this... Anything to get clear skin!!! What exactly should I do? Specifically, I mean. This may be seen as a little T.M.I. but I know everyone knows what I'm talking about. Should it be concentrated pee or diluted pee? You know that on days where you don't drink very much it's bright yellow whereas on days in which you are well hydrated, it's pretty much clear. Does it make a difference?
Also, should I do it everytime I shower and follow with my normal cleanser routine and such? | |

I have bad acne and would love to try that but I am like the rest of you. I think I would vomit even thinking about it. I will stick to my acne pads..LOL The pee can remain in the toilet..LOL
