My acne is still pretty bad but controlled with Cetaphil right now, my back acne is horrible as usual though. It makes me dread summer! |

What about multivitamins? I take one in the morning, and so my first and second pees are usually BRIGHT yellow (because of the B-vitamin... I'm rarely dehydrated).
Should I just wait till nighttime, and use that, or would it be okay in the morning?

I feel like I might be on Punk'd or something though, lol. Like there might be this internet conspiracy trying to get people to put pee on their faces *paranoid much?* And they are laughing at me for even considering this...

Vanessa Williams recently spoke about trying urine fr her acne here if you girls wnat to read (she didn't like it and is in favor of proactiv)... only posting it because it make me think of this thread http://www.dlisted.com/node/24676 |

My Mood: Points: 461.70 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 461.70 | Hi there,
I am new to this site, although I have been a lurker for a few months now.
I have not been diagnosed with PCOS but I can't imagine why else I would have cystic acne on my back at age 34, which only happens when I go off the BCP.
Anyway, after reading up on UT and having tried it for about 2 1/2 weeks, I found this week that I have about 4 large ones on my back (along with the countless red marks) so I'm just wondering if anyone else who has been using this has had some breakthrough acne after using it for a bit or if maybe this is just something that isn't going to work for me.... I am desperately trying to avoid going back on BCP |

Don't know if it's true but just thought I'd share again ...What is it in our urine that helps with skin anyways? |

My Mood: Points: 461.70 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 461.70 | Thanks for the suggestion heartsincart... I bought some saw palmetto today but I also bought some prolief from Arbonne that I have been waiting to use during my cycle to see if that makes a difference. Does anyone know if I can use the two together? I did some online research which says not to use saw palmetto with any other hormone related medications and prolief is a natural progesterone cream.... I don't want to make things worse for me! |

My Mood: Points: 461.70 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 461.70 | Ok it's me again,
I have tried UT and I have started the Saw Palmetto but I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if they have used either of these to combat acne on the back. My face is fine, I usually get one or two every month with my AF but my back just breaks out every day with one or two new ones!! I have heard since I was young that body acne is a different type and resistant to facial remedies but I was hoping that one of these non BCP solutions might work on the back too!
Thanks! |

I have tried tons of products and still get acne that I cover up with make up all the time! What's worse for me is my facial scars. Your skin looks great lizcharles so I am hoping for the same results. I will update in a week. Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences! |

Points: 4,193.80 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 4,193.80 | It works, my laser technition noticed my skin today and said it looked a lot better than usual and very soft. It sounds gross but I have tried a whole lot of products and techniques and this is the only one that gives immediate results without any side effects. I don't use the stale stuff-just the fresh stuff. |
