LOL, the price is great-saving me tons of cash on products that say they work and then stop. I wanted to go on spiro but my doc wouldn't give it to me without BCP so I said forget it. I think this is something that can keep your skin young looking as well. I still have a bit of scarring from acne but they are fading pretty quickly!

Hmmm, interesting. I have actually heard this as well from a Native American man that was close to my family growing up. Maybe I should try. Ive spent enough money on Proactiv, anti-biotics, retin-a, clindamyacin, and otc products. The only thing that even came close to working was Aveeno's line for acne prone skin (the tube and the moisturizer) but it aint cheap when you pile it on like I do

Quick ? though, does anyone think it has to do with setting a routine? Ive heard that before, @ how ANY kind of regimen for your face will help clear it up some if you do not normally stick to a regimen

Yes it is a routine just like other regimens are. I tried using BP and it did work but I found it started showing wrinkles and facial lines-even with moisturizer if would leave a white cast on my face. I have been on tetracycline with a topical cream that was given to me from a dermatologist that didn't work and gave me stomach up set.

I think this is the easiest, cheapest routine that actually works & seems to give good results within a matter of days. I have had people complementing on how good my skin looks now. It's not completely clear yet but it looks WAY better than it used to.

I still get breakouts here and there but they aren't marking up my face and staying dormant like they used to. I mainly get cystic acne but I just have the odd pimple that shows up.

Hello ladies ...

I was browsing around looking for remedies for my acne. More specifically, the blemishes and red spots. I came across this post and was really amazed. I am a 22yr old college student and my self-esteem hit rock bottom when my face started messing up. At this point, like others have mentioned, I am willing to do basically anything to help cure the acne marks. However, do you ladies think this remedy will work for males as well??? Has anyone heard of males doing this??

Ok, so I am thinking about trying this, I will try anything to get rid of my acne. The only thing I was wondering is, I drink alot of water (about 4 to 5 bottles a day) so my urine isn't very concentrated, will it still work?

Ok so I just-tried this. My acne has gotten 10x worse since I started eating dairy again. My complexion was AWSOME and my periods regular, then I got a craving for yogurt and that was it. I have been eating dairy for about 3 months and it has wreaked havoc on my body. I hope this works, I am actually more upset about having to give up dairy than using pee on my face.

Well I think that my brother has cystic acne. He get this "zip" in the middle of his forehead every so often and it is HUGE! I just don't know how to tell him he show put pee on his face. ha ha ha It makes sense that it would work though. Urine has de-greasing properties, it's sterile...makes sense.

I thought I had heard it all, but this is new to me. I was concerned about acne returning when I TTC. However, this sounds like a natural plan of attack for the acne.
