Unhappy pelvic/abdominal ct results

I just got the results back of a ct of the abdomen and pelvis without and with intravenous contrast medium, 100 cc of optiray 320. I want to know if I should be worried by it. I wasn't given much information and doctors sometimes act as if they don't have time or want to talk to me. I know my doctor is busy but I have been suspecting that I have Cancer for some time and am worried now. I had the ct because of pelvic and abdominal pain and bloating and a history of PCOS in my Sister and myself. If anyone can make heads or tails of this report I would greatly appreciate it. The report reads as follows:

PROCEDURE AND FINDINGS: Pre and post contrast axial images were obtained.
the liver, spleen, pancreas, gallbladder, adrenal glands and both kidneys are normal. here is no abnormal contrast enhancement seen within these organs.

The stomach, small and large bowel including the appendix are normal.

The uterus is normal in size and contour. the endometrial stripe cannot be clearly delineated due to streak artifact from beam hardening. the right ovary is 4x3x2 cm in size, and the left is 3.5x 2.5x 2.5 cm. no cystic lesions are seen within the ovaries.

The retroperitoneal structures are normal. there is no lymphandenopathy or mass lesion.

The abdominal wall is intact. there is no evidence of hernia.

The osseous structures are unremarkable except for the severe degenerative change of L5-S1.

A lung bases, visualized portions of the heart, pleura and pericardium are normal.

CONCLUSION:
1. No acute abnormalities are seen.
2. The pelvic structures appear normal.

I was informed to follow up with my ob but don't know if I should be worried by the findings of this ct. Could this mean endometrial cancer or hyperplasia? Please if anyone has any answers please let me know because I sincerely want to be prepared for any bad news before I am able to make my appointment. I've been dealing with the vaginal pain for well over 3 years and am very tired of being told it is all in my head and that nothing is wrong. I know something is wrong even if the ct doesn't show it. I've known people with normal ct scans that found out later they had cancer so I am very worried especially because there is a family history of other cancers. Please someone give me suggestions. And yes I do suffer from depression because I am so sick and tired of the doctors focusing on my weight and nothing else. I have had the black neck, pelvic pain and abnormal bleeding for almost 15 years but has gotten a lot worse in the past 3. I admit I waited too long but I got so discouraged and depressed. Please help and go easy on me even if you think I'm an idiot.

Often people with PCOS appear normal when they have ultasound and things that look for abnormal ovaries. My doctor told me it wasn't worth it to get a scan because she knew I had PCOS and most people appear normal. I have had terrible pain in my lower abdomens and pelvic area for two years and just got a diagnosis. I don't think you should worry about cancer since your scan results seem normal. I am not positive though because I don't know your curcumstances, such as when you were diagnosed with PCOS. When where you?

Hi there! I'm sorry I don't know what your results mean, but I get terrible pains in my abdomen and pelvic area too. The scans came out normal so pretty much my doctor thought I was crazy and there was nothing wrong with me. But, same as llama said, most of the time scans are not a good way to detect pcos. Have you been to a specialist?
