Question Pelvic pain and herbs/supplements?

AF has been playing peek-a-boo but I think she is here for real now. I haven't had a period on my own since December. I did have a period in September after a round of Provera. Anyhow, I feel a lot of fullness in my pelvic region, at times the pain is so intense it feels like a stabbing pain, but I'm chalking it up to the ovarian cysts as well as the Adenomyosis.

Could the herbs have anything to do with the amount of pelvic pain or do you think it's just normal due to AF?? I haven't had it quite this bad in a while.

For the record I am taking the following:

540 mg Black Cohosh (1x/day)
1 B-100 pill (1x/day)
1000 mg Cinnamon (2x/day)
2 Cal-Mag-Potassium pills (2x/day)
600 mcg Chromium Piconilate (3x/day)
1350 mg Saw Palmetto (3x/day)
1500 Evening Primrose Oil (3x/day)
Fish Oil (2000 mg/day)

Any thoughts? Thanks.

I think it's probably because of going so LONG between, not because of the herbs. You might consider adding NPC, espcially since provera brought on AF before. It will probably help with the pain. If I don't use NPC, I get such bad sciatic pain I can barely walk. worth a try.

Thank you for the recommendation! I will get some NPC and see if that helps. I have noticed my sciatic pain has gotten pretty bad over the past couple of days, as well!
