Question Is this a period?

My last period was about 3 months ago. Then Friday night I went to the bathroom and there was a tiny bit of blood. But jsut a tiny bit.
So of course thought well AF decided to return.
But then ever since it has stayed about the same just enough that its there sometimes when I wipe but none or maybe a drop on the pad.
Any thoughts on what is going on?

From what I've observed from comments made by fellow patients and various doctors, it seems to be a common event for PCOS gals to have very unpredictable flows. I know a typical year for me can yield anywhere from months without bleeding to a few drops to going through a pad every hour. If you're overly concerned, however, I would definitely talk to your doctor, especially if you were somewhat regular before your recent "dry spell".

Well I only have periods about every 3 or 4 months so that part is normal. Just not this type of very light flow.
This part is not normal for me.

That is exactly what I have right now!! Really just what you described. My AF last came about 7 weeks ago and was normal, but I really don't know if this is a proper AF or not. I have been off BCPS for about 3 months now and really hoped my periods with more or less go back to normal. I don't know if what you are I has is a period to be honest....doesn't seem very normal for me though. Hope you are feeling well anyway
