So sorry for your loss~~though i have not heard a m/c before but i think it should return within 6 weeks of the m/c.Did you test to see if you are pregnant again? What was you normal lengnth of cycle? or you may see a healthcare provider.

I had my D&C done July 11 and had to take Provera ( partly cause i was not willing to wait for it to come on its own ) and AF started Aug 18

I started my first period about 5 weeks after my D&C. This time it has only been a couple of weeks so I haven't had one yet. My doc has said both times that if I don't have a period by 6 weeks to take Provera.

I waited for my period after my D&C and it never showed up. When I went into my doc's office for my 6wk follow up, it turned out I was pg with my DD.

I'm very sorry for your loss. I hope you get pg again real soon though!
