Well, I would have to say that (when I get af- currently on cycle day 164) I have horrid cramps. Nothing helps. I curl up into a little ball and cry! Cramps tend to last for several days, and those are long days, for sure!

i just have realle, really heavy flows (as in set my alarm for every 2 hours at night to go to the loo & shower), but after +- a year on bc the flow is much more manageable.
but the mooooooooooods gets to me (and my fh) most months, am hoping with regular exercise to vanquish the moody-demon!

~I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once~
I want to add an all of the above option! Plus once it finally decides to make an appearance, there are the occasions she doesn't want to leave! I'm having that one right now.
