Im on my period this one is realy heavey and i have realy bad stomach pains
im feeling all tired since i have got up all i want to do is sleepi just feel realy dosy if that makes sence is
normal have enery but want to sleep i have taken pain killers but they are not helping
any advise

aww, sorry you are in such pain.

have you tried a hot water bottle?? or wheat bag?? i use them and they do help, along with some pain killers.

could you ask your dr/or pharmacist to recommend something?? i take co-drydamol and mefenamic acid. hope you feel easier soon
