Ok. Here is my story. I got my period on December 21, 2005 and it was a very very normal, healthy seeming period. Then I ended up not having one in January, but on Feb. 10, I got what I call a "spotting" (very scant, light, brown blood) that lasted about 5 days. So here I was thinking I would not have another period and on March 10, I began spotting again...I can't figure out why I can't have just a NORMAL healthy flow! Does anyone else have this? I have also been charting for over a year and have not ovulated according to my temps the WHOLE time...but I still get periods once in a while....can anyone help me???

i can only say what happens to me personaly, i have a heavy period for five days where i may use anything up to five packets of super night time sanitry pads, then i have another five days that are lighter which i can use the super,thin winged pads.
when that stops i have about four days of nothing and then i start spotting lightly but enough to need the pantyline long untill my next period starts.
this is whats normal for me. i was told to go and have the pill injection but i am a little iffy of this.
