Default Periods

Hi ladies!
Recently I've noticed a trend in my period, it goes...one week on, one week off, one week on..and so on.
Whats happening to me???
My periods have never been typically regular and up until now there was usually a gap of 1-3 months between a period.
I cant possibly be pregnant as ive got a "Norplant" in my arm (contreceptive impant).
Does this happen to anyone else??

Beth xx

P.S - Lost a stone with simple calorie counting and exercise since xmas!!!!! it can be done

Cool Periods

Hi,

Medication - No, im not taking anything right now, im trying to be as natural as possible, keeping fit and healthy (and having the implant) seem to be holding back the more obvious signs of PCOS

Norplant - I've had it for a year and a half and things really should have settled by now, apparently it takes a year for your period to fall back into rhythm once you have an implant.

I suppose its something I have to accept as the norm from now on

Take care Girls x
