Default Periods and ovulating

This may sound like a silly question, but I thought I would ask anyway.
I went 8 months without a period before being diagnosed with PCOS. I was put on a 10 day course of Norethiserone which brought on my period, which was a lot heavier than usual. I had a couple more courses so they could do blood test for hormone levels whilst on my period, that was in April. I then had a non induced bleed on 10th July and just had another non induced bleed 10th September. Can anyone tell me if I'm having a normal period does that mean I could be ovulating?

Thanks
