I am in need of a new reproductive endocrinologist. I was previously seeing a physician with the Penn Fertility Clinic Center City Philadelphia, but my doctor moved out of the state. I then transferred to a RE with Northern Fertility & Reproductive Associates based out of Holy Redeemer, but I am having major problems with their office staff. I actually live in Lower Bucks County (Langhorne Area) and prefer to find someone closer then in Center City Philly, so I was just curious to know if anyone on the boards is from my area and knows of a good PCOS knowledeable doc? If I can't find anyone, I suppose I could always go back to Penn Fertility and see a different doctor there, I just hate the 1 hr commute to get there. Any suggestions? Much appreciation for any help. Thanks!

i go to northern fertility, too... are you talking about the new girl at the front desk? i hate her with the fire of a thousand suns
My doctor there is Dr. Freedman. I have had trouble in getting his nurse to return my calls. Since the first time I saw him in November, I must have left between 5-10 messages for her. The first time I left a message with my cell phone number for her to call me back, and yet she called on my home phone. I kept leaving message after message, with no return call, and I finally called and spoke to the receptionist, and told her that I was probably going to need to switch doctors because I couldn't get through to the nurse for Dr. Freedman on medication questions. I FINALLY received a call back from her that day and got my answer. I haven't switched doctors yet, but I'm waiting to see how it goes.

I see Freedman, too... that's very odd... I always get a call back the same day, usually within a few hours. The trick is to call before 11AM. Try asking for Erlynn or Denise, they're the best, whoever else is on is a crapshoot as they're the regulars I believe...
Anyway, whatever you choose, best of luck! I have been very happy with Freedman, I came to the practice after seeing Glassner at Main Line in Bryn Mawr who was not the best, despite what I had heard...
