 Philippine Cysters
Hello! I have been reading posts here for some time already, but I have recently decided to join in. I am from the Philippines, and I feel really alone until I learned that there are plenty of people like me on the net! I have been reading posts here hoping to find answers to my varied symptoms. I have insulin resistance, and I also have weight issues, skin problems, and have dealt with too many emotions because of this battle.
This year, I wanted to make changes in my life. From where I am, I don't really have a lot of options and many women get undiagnosed due to the lack of resources. Many people here aren't aware what PCOS is, and they just look at me in distaste!
I get a lot of criticisms from the change in my appearance, and I have been dealing with that pain for some time already. They just don't know what I have been going through. On a positive note, I am so happy to find other people here who can totally understand my issues. I am feeling that this is the start of something good! |
