I have suffered with PCOS induced acne since I got off the pill almost a year ago. I tried everything you could find in the grocery store, saw palmetto pills, honey on the face, etc.
One day I was thinking about getting proactive, but then I read about Philosophy skincare. I researched it and read the reviews on Sephora and I went to my local mall and bought it. From the day I started to use it, my pimples got smaller, and I haven't gotten a single pimple since I started using it. It is the BEST. I bought the acne kit, and everything in there is part of the line 'on a clear day'.
I just wanted to share my experience because I struggled for a long time and finally found something that worked!

Sarah, I've heard very good things about the Philosophy skin care line. I haven't tried any of their skin care products, but I've tried their body washes and love the way they smell. Maybe I'll check out their acne kit once I run out of the current stuff I have.
Philosophy products do tend to be a little expensive, though, but I guess you do "get what you pay for" when it relates to skincare.
Yes, it is definitely more expensive compared to the drugstore brands. The kit I bought comes with generous sized products. I think I may go through the face wash within 2 months, the serum I used all over in the beginning but now I only use it as a spot treatment so it should last me quite awhile, the H2O cream should last quite a few months as well, and the primer, I honestly don't use because it's not a heavy enough lotion for my skin which gets really dry in the winter. I paid $45 for the kit. I'd much rather be able to pick up some clean and clear at Target, but oh well, what are you going to do?
If you are going to try it, the kit is really the best bang for your buck. They just came out with another acne line that I haven't tried, but I assume it works just as great!

I tried this and my skin did not like it at all. I think I am sensitive to salicylic acid which is in most acne products, including Philosophy's.
