Hoping4BFP

Hello- I have been trying to upload a picture under the edit signature link but I continue to get a "unable to save image" error message when I submit to save the uploaded picture. I tried everything and made sure that I had the correct pixel size and KB required. I also tried uploading a image from a website, change the format, but nothing works. Could you please help me?
