Dr wants me to start the pill to regulate my cycle... I started bleeding on Christmas Day when should I start the pill?

How may pills are in your pack 21? if it is, its normally take for 21 days then a 7 day break (well thats how it was when I was taking it, that was 8 years ago though) but this is your first time of taking it to help you regulate I would leave it a couple more days and start taking it, although it will not hurt if you did want to start taking it straight away, that was my opinion. Hope this is of some help.

Usually, you start the Sunday after you start your period or start the first day of your period. I would start this Sunday coming up. HTH..
