Sorry to burst your bubble, but no pills get rid of hair. You can take spiro or flutamide, but it will only prevent future growth (binds testosterone at the root, which in turn prevents vellus, or fine white hair, from turning into terminal, or black hair). Essentially if you went on medicine now what you have is what you will be stuck with, but you won't have to worry about new growth. HTH.

When I was on Flutamide, it slowed the rate of growth of the existing terminal hairs to the point that it was completlely manageble. It might be different for others, but for women who don't want laser, some anti-androgens can absolutely make existing hair more manageable by slowing the growth tremendously.
But you are correct, it won't 'get rid' of hair in the sense that laser does...

Yeah I thought that's what she was asking for. When I was on spiro, I noticed a significant reduction-it was almost like the hair was finer or something-but definitely manageable.
But, for some reason it decided to stop working and now I'm back to square one.
