Default pimple like bumps

*TMI Warning*

Alright, so I have been having a lot of problems in my outter vaginal. I know most of it is PCOS related but, I am paranoid and sometimes wonder if some symptoms I have are REALLY PCOS related or something else.

I have extreme dryness and flaking and deep cracks in my skin around very inner thigh. I am pretty sure these are all PCOS related.

However, I also have these bumps. They have mostly gone away now but they were somewhat large (size of a dime) red and there were a few of them, they looked almost like pimples, but I am not sure.

At first I was worried it was herpes but they weren't painful, just itchy (but my area down there is ALWAYS ITCHY!) and herpes usually are blisters and from what I could tell these weren't blisters.

So, anyone else have this issue?

It could possibly be what you have. Some have more severe outbreaks than others.

There are a few threads on the board about this. I hope i helped ya a little.

I use to have them a lot. I never knew what it was until now. I would get a sore or two in my groin area as well as on my stomach, chest or armpit area. They really hurt and make a mess when they start oozing. Since I've lost weight, started controlling my sugar levels, and exercising I haven't had any flare ups. If yours get any worse, go to the doctor and have them treat you.

Wow, that looks really extreme... I am pretty sure that's not what I have. They aren't painful and it does "ooze" or anything... hrm.

I wouldn't be so quick to say that isn't what it is, go google "Hidradenitis Suppurativa" and read up on it, and look at pictures.

The link here is mostly explaining *SEVERE* cases of it.
