Jay,
I have never been certain about Vitex use myself. It made my cycles longer. A year later I am still having longer cycles but with the use of natural progesterone cream, it's gradually getting under control.

I don't know if Vitex was responsible for longer cycles. I used to have cycles b/w 28-40 days but after using that herb, it became 50-70 days long.

Have you had a diagnosis yet? I suffer from PCO and my main problem is progesterone deficiency. Once I decided to target the root cause, other things came under control.
